This beautiful red wine consists of 100% Primitivo grapes. The wine undergoes a malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in used American and French oak barriques for 6-8 months.

This Primitivo di Manduria has a ruby red color with violet hues. In the nose it shows intense and complex fruity aromas with hints of small red fruit like cherries and blackberries. The wine has a velvety mouthfeel and is soft, warm and full of tannin with a long finish.

Excellent with pasta, lamb, game and seasoned cheeses.
