This sparkling Cava Brut is made of different grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. During the second fermentation, the Cava is in contact with lees for about 9-12 months.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow colour with a fine and persistent mousse. The bouquet shows aromas of yeast and a fruity background from the local grape varieties and green apple. A fine presence on the palate with a hint of sweetness and a crisp. This beautiful Cava is balanced, elegant and full of character.
Food pairing
A perfect Cava as aperitif and a good companion for a variety of dishes, like fish, seafood, light meats, pasta and paella.
